600 Miles Through Arizona on my new Kove 800x Rally
This spring I joined a group of friends and fellow adventure riders for a few days of moto camping in southern Arizona. We headed south out of Tucson, loaded down with camping gear and no shortage of different bikes, before eventually picking up a section of the Arizona Backcountry Discovery Route and working our way north again. For me, the trip was also the perfect shakedown ride for my brand-new Kove 800X Rally. Nearly 600 miles of dirt roads, rocky two-track, camping, and Arizona backcountry gave me a chance to really start figuring out the bike—and see what it could do loaded up for a multi-day adventure. Good motorcycles, good people, and a few days with nowhere to be but down the trail.

For me (Seth) the motorcycle adventure started in 2012 with a 10 thousand mile trip from Michigan to Alaska and back. Since that day I’ve been chasing the next adventure, place to moto camp, the next challenging trail, and recently the next moto race. Check back soon for full stories.
Joe got his moto start in 2018 when Seth said “How about you take my DR350 for a spin in the backyard”. That first ride lasted all of 15seconds and ended with Joe in a bush. He’s been hooked since that day.
